Reseeding through skincare is a helpful contribution to one's overall wellness. Skin is the largest organ of the body as well as porous so this opportunity should not be wasted. The skin is able to absorb and breathe in life. Applying seed to the skin also adds a protective layer against environmental bad energy.
For best results, one should apply seed to the face, hands, feet, and genital area. These are the most open to life energy and most in need of protection.
Are commercial products okay?
An over the counter, very basic facial cleanser is probably okay. Avoid anything medicated or advertised for acne. These products are bandaid effects that will make your problems worse.
1. Sexual fluid
This is the more obvious, albeit taboo aspect of skin care. Rubbing sexual fluid on your skin has a more delayed, but continuous effect on the body. You are welcome to get creative with this.
Purchasing semen for this purpose, or using other species' fluid, is not recommended. The benefits are not great enough.
Some opt to store the fluid for later, and make a cream or paste out of it for long-term use. While this is okay, the benefits will not be as potent as fresh seed.
2. Royal Jelly and Honey
Royal jelly and honey are excellent, readily available substances that boost skin care. Royal jelly and honey are teeming with energy and life. One should be sure it is ethically sourced, but for best results beekeeping is the way to go.
3. Plant-based care
A variety of seed extracts are another avenue to rejuvenate skin. These can also be applied to one's hair for more beautiful hair. Examples include sunflower seed oil, jujoba oil, and grapeseed oil. Using a variety is best.
